About Us
Reliable International Consultancy (RISC) was established in 1999 and was officially named Reliable International Students Consultancy (RISC) on 30 December 2005.
RISC is an education service enterprise registered in the Republic of Singapore. It is also a Council Member of the Association of Consultants for International Students (Singapore) – (ACISS). The primary objective of RISC is to render education consultancy services to International Students on educational issues and personal development.
Its main business activities are :
- assisting International Students in academic planning and devising future career plans, providing consultancy services and management training.
- providing full support in all areas for International Students who are keen to pursue their studies in Singapore. The objective of RISC is to raise its professional standards and efficiency in the education sector.
Since its establishment, RISC has provided reliable services to students and parents from China, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Cambodia, Mongolia and Taiwan. The services rendered by RISC were highly commended by many of its clients and business partners.
At present, some International Students who have been serviced by RISC are studying in private and local schools while others have joined the local workforce and become Singapore permanent residents. There are also International Students who have graduated and sought career development in other countries or have returned to work in their country of origin.
Armed with years of experience since 1999 in education consultancy service and essential understanding of the employment situation here, RISC has extended its services to International specialized markets. For instance, RISC offers to assist the International Students with average post-secondary or degree qualifications in discovering their specific areas of specialty and also guides them in acquiring skills that are both suitable for themselves and meeting the needs of the job market. Building on the excellent educational resources and bilingual environment unique to Singapore, RISC hopes to help International Students who encounter difficulties in their studies to chart their academic and future career development. This will help to solve the problems these students may face in the future.
