RISC is an education service enterprise registered in the Republic of Singapore. It is a Member and Council Member of the Association of Consultants for International Students (Singapore) - (ACISS). The primary objective of RISC is to render consultancy services to international students on educational issues and development.

Our Target
RISC aims to be the centre of international students' consultancy services in Singapore.

Our Objective
The overall development of international students through provision of consultancy and guidance services which will help develop the skills needed for employment and serving the needs of society. To meet the need for more talents, we hope to attract more international students to study in Singapore.

  1. Assisting international students in academic planning and devising future career plans, providing consultancy services and management training.

  2. Providing full support in all areas for international students who are keen to pursue their studies in Singapore. The objective of RISC is to raise its professional standards and efficiency in the education sector.

Since its establishment, RISC has provided reliable services to international students and parents from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Myanmar, Nepal, Taiwan and China. The services rendered by RISC were highly commended by many of its clients and business partners.

At present, some international students who have been serviced by RISC are studying in local schools while others have joined the local workforce and become Singapore permanent residents. There are also international students who have graduated and sought career development in other countries or have returned to work in their country of origin.

The Association of Consultants for International Students (Singapore) - (ACISS) and the Consumers' Association of Singapore (CASE) have signed an agreement to uphold the interests of international students. It must be emphasized that the interests of all the clients of the Association of Consultants for International Students (Singapore) are protected by these two Associations.
